The Academic staff union of polytechnics (ASUP) has announced a Nationwide strike effective from Tuesday 5th to Wednesday 6th September 2023.
According to a memo obtained by POLYTV by the union secretary general, Mr shammah kpanja, all polytechnic lectures have been directed to withdraw their service on the 5th and 6th September 2023.

According to eyewitness in kaduna polytechnic omowumi Tajudeen said that Asup committee in the institution ask the students to go back home and resume on the 7th September, 2023 to protect the rising proverty in the country and the insensitivity of the government.
